Shawn Booth
Growing up fitness & sports played a huge role in Shawn’s life, he brings that competitive drive & team spirit to everything he does. Whether you’re sweating weekly with him on the BC turf or attending one of the Group Fitness experiences he leads cross-country, you’ll feel this energy. Shawn will support you with his knowledge of fitness training as he pushes you to your limits. TEAM on three!
Coach & Programmer
Ali Summers
Coach Ali is a Doctorate of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with more than 7 years of experience in athletics, group fitness, and as a private trainer. She combines her healthcare background and personal experience as a hybrid athlete to promote holistic health and wellness to optimize an active lifestyle. Ali believes addressing body and mind to reach the next level of all types of fitness goals. She will push you to the limits and celebrate your victories. But above all else, she will leave you feeling uplifted, accomplished, and confident.
Coach
Charlie Tooley
Coach Charlie is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Trainer. He is a former D1 basketball player with a vast background in athletic training. Fitness has been second nature to him since a young age. With years of group fitness coaching and personal training, Coach Charlie believes that if you put time and effort into your fitness goals that it will lead to a better life in and out of the gym! Come get pushed to your limits while having fun doing it!
Operations & Coach
Kat Powers
Coach Kat is a Doctorate of Nurse Practitioner and Certified Personal Trainer with over 7 years of experience. As a former collegiate figure skater (Go Blue!), she is fueled by a lifestyle that is active in all forms of fitness and strives to hold herself and clients accountable to bettering themselves each day. She brings her healthcare expertise to educate science-backed statregies that are sustainable and promote longevity in and out of the gym. Kat will turn it on and push you to your limits, but always send you out with a smile and high five.
Programmer
Meghan "Machine" McNab
A Certified Personal Trainer and longtime BC Member, who has taken her talents from the black turf to the BC Coaching Staff as a programming contributor and architect. Her drive on and off the turf can be felt in the programming daily, pushing our member's growth, mentally & pyhsically. Her BC accolades are endless, champion in all, except the bike challenge .. Smile, sweat and cry, she’s got you covered!
