WEDNESDAY: Full Body Pure Conditioning 

5:30am, 6:30am, 7:30am, Noon, 4:30pm, 5:30pm

Office Hours: 6:30pm (open gym)

THURSDAY: Pure Upper Strength OR

Pure Lower Strength

FRIDAY: Hybrid Upper Strength OR
